After having a safe deposit box in HSBC for almost 2 decade, i was in the position of having to find another one as they ended the service.I have to say I regret not transferring sooner, where I can access even on weekends and crowd is less compared to banks.I am very impressed with the security set up where only customer have to be present to open the box.
